Quick Story you might appreciate, especially with al this Health care talk.

Just a note about a personal matter of mine, I am trying to share it with as many as I can. With all this talk of healthcare, and how this great plan HR 3200 is going to save us all money in healthcare. Regardless where you fall on the argument, I am not trying to persuade anyone one way or the other, just giving you my very own experience.

As you know I have a Intrathecal Implant, I have had it longer than any other documented patient to this date. I am officially on my third and soon will be on my fourth. I have had my implant for 14 years this October, the longest before me is 13 years 10 months roughly.

Now to my story, with all this talk about health care I became worried, and wanted to make a few checks and make sure I was OK. I found out that I have been getting an infantile amount of an extremely costly drug, so I told them stop that part of my mixture, this very simple request saved me over $321 of my out of pocket expense for each refill. That is over $1280 a year I just saved my family.

Now for Hr3200 in the current bill, as written. The government option would not pay for my fourth pump, because I am in uncharted area. They will not go through that expense because history shows I would have a uncertain amount of life left. Plus I would not be able to question my mixture, that just saved me $1280 a year because it would go before a panel, mush like the VA hospital.

Just something to think about: Scott
